What is collected
When you send an enquiry to a kindergarten, we receive your name, your phone number and, optionally, the text of your message. No other personal data is requested.
What it is used for
The data is passed only to the kindergarten you chose, so that it can contact you and reply to your enquiry. It is not used for other purposes.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored on Kidzo servers.
How long it is kept
The exact retention period has not been defined yet. The aim is not to keep data longer than needed to handle the enquiry.
What stays in your browser
Favourite kindergartens and recent searches are stored only in your browser and are not sent to the server. Your language choice is stored in a kidzo_lang cookie in your browser; the server reads it only to choose the page language.
Third parties and technical data
The map is provided by Yandex Maps, which loads in your browser and receives your IP address and usage data under Yandex's own terms. The Kidzo server processes your IP address to protect the enquiry form from abuse (rate limiting) and does not store it with the enquiry.
